At riikkadesign.com I create unique handwoven rugs, as well as crocheted rugs, crocheted baskets, textile necklaces and  handsewn tote bags from upcycled materials. I worked as a bag designer for 8 years and now that I'm designing my own bags, I want to incorporate colour and fun with the designs. With my over 30 years of artistry experience, I also offer engaging workshops for both adults and children. My aim is to blend creativity with sustainability, offering unique pieces that tell a story and reduce waste.
